Ingredients

  • 1500g Chinese kale (kai-lan) or bok choy
  • 24 cloves garlic, minced
  • 32 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 41 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 51 tsp light soy sauce
  • 6Pinch of sugar

Instructions

  1. 1Wash and cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. 3Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. 4Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Toss to combine.
  6. 6Serve immediately while hot and crisp.
