Ingredients
- 1500g Chinese kale (kai-lan) or bok choy
- 24 cloves garlic, minced
- 32 tbsp vegetable oil
- 41 tbsp oyster sauce
- 51 tsp light soy sauce
- 6Pinch of sugar
Instructions
- 1Wash and cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- 3Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 5Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Toss to combine.
- 6Serve immediately while hot and crisp.
